To start, Dr. Moore was a very kind, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. That is the only reason this store is receiving 2/5 stars. If I were to rate the office staff, I’d give 0/5. After scheduling my appointment, confirming the appointment (by phone call, email, and text), showing up to the appointment, I was told “we don’t have a doctor here today”. What? The office staff told me that “someone should have probably called you and let you know but the office gets busy on Fridays so that’s too bad”. What?! What makes it worse is that this is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location. So unfortunately I’ll have to find a new eye doctor that has a more professional front end. Don’t waste your time making appointment here.

Sasha and Dan and the doctor was amazing. My whole experience was a 10. They went above and beyond to assist me in my whole experience I was nervous and scared going in and leaving i feel confident.

Dr. Moore was incredibly rude and arrogant, and actually made me cry. I wish I could see another doctor at this facility because the Target is great, but my experience with him is worth driving much farther to a different facility. I wish they would add another optometrist here.
