Marc was so patient and helpful with me . I must have tried on 20 pairs of glasses and had a million questions. He answered them all. So friendly and professional. He explained all my options. We came here back in January to buy a few pairs of meta glasses and he was so helpful then too. I highly recommend !! This will definitely be my spot to get glasses from now on.
I had a great experience at Target Optical! Courtney Sweet was absolutely amazing and made the entire process easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. If you visit this location, I highly recommend working with Courtney! Dr. Mary Fedus was wonderful as well. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone at this location was welcoming and helpful, and the customer service was outstanding. Easily the best experience I’ve had with an eye exam and purchasing glasses/contacts. This is the second year I’ve come in, and Dr. Fedus is more thorough than any other doctor I’ve seen. Last year she caught a small issue with my contact lenses that I saw my previous doctor for several times and was never caught, and the correction made a huge difference in my daily comfort. She explains what she’s doing and answers questions in a way that feels like she cares more about patient education than previous eye doctors I’ve seen. The rest of the team is extremely helpful after the exam, Marc and Luis in particular were great with figuring out my insurance and getting my order in. Will happily come here as long as Dr. Fedus is the provider.
Courtney S. was absolutely wonderful! She helped us with our glasses at Target Optical, and we’ve actually had the pleasure of working with her before at another location as well. She is consistently kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help in any way she can. She takes the time to make sure everything is right and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone so accommodating and caring, she truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend working with her!
The Target Optical manager, Marc in the New Britain, Ct store is excellent! I went in just looking for a pair of readers and ended up getting new lenses for my sunglasses. He was very helpful and explained the different options with my insurance. They also have a great selection of frames and sunglasses.It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!
