Katrice was an absolute TREASURE. She was so kind a patient while helping me find the right sets of reading and distance glasses. They have a great selection; from budget concious to money is no object! She is so friendly and warm. I never even knew Target had optical! Highly recommend them AND Katrice!!
I had my doubts just b/c they're located inside Target but listen people these employees are nice, very helpful & KNOWLEDGEABLE!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted & welcomed, y'all check my girl's out, Dr. Seay, Maya & Cheryl I had a great experience!! These ladies know their stuff!! I definitely will be back next year, no questioned asked!!
This was my first eye exam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, every employee was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The staff all had great personalities and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. Catrice Bibbs was who I mainly worked with during my exam, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step along the way. I never felt rushed or confused. The doctor who assisted with my prescription, Dr. Irina Silva, was just as amazing. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and thorough, and really took the time to address everything with me. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience and highly recommend this office to anyone—especially if it’s your first eye exam. Truly a fantastic team from start to finish!
I had such an excellent experience at the Conyers Optical Center inside Target! I originally stopped in just to look at their Meta glasses and met Cheryl. I was deciding between two frame styles and felt completely on the fence, but Cheryl asked thoughtful questions about how I’d be using the glasses and helped guide me to the perfect pair. She was kind, patient, incredibly thorough, and walked me through pricing, options, and everything in between. I never felt rushed — just genuinely cared for. When I returned for pickup, Mia/Mya (hope I got one spelling right:())assisted me and made the process seamless. Her professionalism and customer service were top-tier. From start to finish, this was some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. I never would have thought to use Target as my optical center, but between the management and outstanding customer care, I will absolutely be back. Thank you both!
