I had an outstanding experience at Target Optical thanks to Kristina and Ariane. They went above and beyond to help me find both a short-term and long-term solution for my prescription glasses. They recommended a new pair based on their expertise, and even came up with great temporary fix for my current glasses till the new one arrives. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Kim and Andrei! My eye exam with Dr. Kim was thorough, comfortable, and such a great experience from start to finish. I also have a very hard-to-fit face when it comes to glasses, and Andrei was absolutely amazing. He showed me so much kindness and patience and truly took the time to help me find the perfect pair. He never made me feel rushed or frustrated and helped me every step of the way until we found a pair that I absolutely love! I went in on Friday to have my Ray Ban blue aviators tightened. The whole staff is so nice and accommodating. I believe Kevin took care of me. So nice! He fixed my glasses at no charge. Thank you so much!!

Dr Kim is pleasant and was very thorough with my eye exam. Mel and Andrei were very helpful in assisting me when I selected regular glasses and sunglasses. Overall good experience!
