This was my first eye exam experience with Target Optical after my insurance changed location coverage, and the process went smoothly! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Dr. Colm Quigley for administering the comprehensive eye exam. He was nice and knowledgable.
I had such an amazing experience at Target Optical. Jillian was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. She took the time to walk me through all my options, including insurance coverage and warranty details, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference. She also helped me choose frames, made adjustments, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to detail. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others! Jillian has gone over and above on not one, but two occasions I have visited! Marie and jilian were amazing! They’re honestly a dream team!! They were so quick to assist me and didnt even mind my 1000s of questions 😅 i will absolutely be back to see them ❤️
What a wonderful experience. Went in with a loose screw and she tightened both screws and had the glasses fitted back to my face. It was like I had a new pair of glasses. And she was so pleasant. Thank you Target optical.
