Target Optical

I have gone to Target Optical for the past two yearly eye exams. Both times, it was extremely easy to get an appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are phenomenal! For my contact lens order, they applied two current coupon offers and it reduced the price of a year supply of lenses to a third of the price! I almost fell on the floor because I have always paid so much more. I prefer discounts like this over the mail in rebate offers I used to get from other eye exams places. Those were a hassle and it took forever to get the rebate. Plus, since it is inside Target, you can go shopping when you are done, which is super convenient.

Charity was AMAZING to work with while I was picking out frames. She went over my insurance benefits, answered all of my questions, and looked up frames I did not see in the office. She made the whole experience great. My son and I both go to this Target Optical and we ALWAYS receive service that is unmatched by any other optical office I have been to.

I have been purchasing glasses for over 50 years and have never felt more valued and appreciated as a customer than the service I received today by the Manager Colin. He was kind, thorough and explained everything about the products and my prescription to me. I am very thankful I walked into this optical location. I will definitely be a returning customer. Great job Target Optical in hiring such a great manager !

Colin was amazing! He was so patient and kind. He was so so so helpful. I had my 4 year old with me and he was so patient and helpful with her. Everyone here at Target optical is sweet and nice and helpful. I’ve been coming here for at least the last 5 years and will never go anywhere else. I always recommend target optical. They treat their patients with care and kindness and go above and beyond. The Drs, techs, and associates are the best. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you guys for everything you do. You guys are amazing!
