Highly recommend Carolina Rayos (sales associate) at Target optical. She is amazing and assisted me in the search of my new pair of eyewear. Very pleased with the eyeglass selection and price. Order was quickly delivered and had my new eyewear in less than a week. Thank you, Carolina for the amazing care and customer service.

Super fantastic staff that work here Vincent and Patty are soo cool and answer any and all questions I have about my future choices of glasses. I work literally next door at the Volkswagen dealership and pop in to check out the selections on my lunch break. I had a new prescription earlier this year but waited to get my second pair of glasses after I added vision insurance in October as they cover a decent percentage for glasses. Finally decided on a slate blue pair of Oakleys and can't wait for them to arrive. Got my second pair of Coach glasses and they're AWESOME! This team at this location is second to none!!!

My visit was strange. First of all, I did not realize that the optometrist Dr. Tran has nothing to do with the rest of the glasses and eye wear entity of target optical. The optometrist office is the tiniest office I've ever seen. Hardly enough space for 3 people in the "waiting room" which is falling apart. Half of the eye exam is done in the waiting room in front of everyone else there. This seemed alittle unprofessional. The second half of the exam is then done behind the wood door you see in my photo. After i filled out the form (which had me put my SSN ) the doctor took the form into the other half of the office behind closed doors, along with a different patient who had also been waiting there. This seemed unprofessional and like a liability. I should have asked her why she was taking my form back there along with the other patient, but she was rushing around and I was very confused and taken a back that she had just conducted someone's exam right in front of me in the waiting room. The doctor herself was friendly. The exam was rushed and I don't think she really took me serious or was very thorough. When the exam ended , I noticed the doctor had no computer , and no cash register or debit card reader. The doctor had her own personal laptop in there using it for work, and had no idea what to charge me. She assumed she needed to charge me $10 and then asked me to pay with either cash, zelle, venmo or cash app. I was extremely disappointed and suspicious at this point. I informed her that I thought I was going to be paying at the front desk and that I only have debit card. She then proceeded to hook up the "square" card reader into her personal cell phone. At this point I was so taken a back that she had asked me for cash app, zelle and venmo that I just handed her the debit card so I could leave as fast as possible. Never in my life have I been to a professional doctor and asked to pay with cash app, zelle or venmo. I will never be coming back here again due to the suspicious and weird behavior.

Great customer service! Fast and efficient. Optical rep was super friendly and helpful... very patient Lots of good glasses options to choose from. Also, Dr. Tran is great with kids for taking eye exam.
