I had such an amazing experience thanks to Sue Lai! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what I needed for both my glasses and contacts and explained everything so clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Sue went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames and made sure my prescription and fit were exactly right. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my choices. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a kind and personable approach. Because of Sue, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit having visited some competitors in previous days. I came before they opened and Leslie let me in before she was fully open. She asked what I was looking for, made a few recommendations and then let me browse which I appreciated as a Sales Manager myself. After my vision test at my regular doctor I returned and chose a few options and Leslie provided all my options for the lenses. While I spent a bit more than i intended I felt good about the choices and the customer service she provided was excellent!

I usually find shopping for prescription glasses a bit overwhelming, but that wasn’t the case at all at the Round Rock Target Optical. A huge thank you to the manager, J.J., and the associate, Sue, for being so wonderful. They were both incredibly patient while I tried on different styles and were so friendly and helpful the entire time. They truly turned a stressful process into such an easy and pleasant experience. I’m so glad I came here!

The store manager, JJ was so patient and knowledgeable. I saw him helping some customers before us who needed a lot of guidance and he was amazing with them. I appreciated his input on my style for my new sunglasses. Very thorough and professional.
