10/10 recommend this location! Everything from start to finish was incredibly easy and comfortable. They were patient and kind, understanding, and listened to everything I had to say. Never would have thought I’d find such an amazing place inside of Target. Carolina was so helpful and honest with me when I asked for an opinion. I would have struggled without her.

Armita was so wonderful and helped me resize the framing for my glasses in literally 2 minutes so that they sat better on my ears. I just walked right in and all the wonderful ladies working there greeted me with great smiles and friendly service. I’ve gotten my eye exam and glasses here before so happy to finally get around leaving this review. Would recommend

We had such a fun and easy experience yesterday picking out glasses with Carolina, she was extremely helpful and loved her energy. she went above and beyond to help me pick out a frames as I can be picky. Carolina explained the difference in lenses which I was unaware of, things light the blue light /reflective lenses. And the difference with plastic and the digital poly style lens quality.I really appreciate it thank you. I will be going back to her in the future. We need more People in the public service industry like this Fantastic Job 👏

Shana was awesome and so helpful in the eye glass section! The whole experience from seeing Dr. Patel to Rachel in the office as well. I felt comfortable and loved the swift service. Highly recommend! They took my Imed insurance too!

I had a fantastic experience at the Target Optical in Gates of Prosper, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Shana for her exceptional service. I recently came in with a new prescription, but I was determined to keep my current frames rather than buying a new pair. Shana made what could have been a complicated request feel completely seamless. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my new lenses fitted to my existing frames. It’s rare to find such personalized and attentive care. Shana took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly, and her positive attitude made the whole visit a pleasure. If you're heading to this location, definitely ask for her, she’s a total pro!
