I honestly think this was the best experience I've ever had shopping for glasses. I felt seen. I felt heard. Aundii gave me a few selections based on what I said I was looking for. She also made suggestions based on what she thought would fit my style and face. I was not pushed into buying anything but felt fabulous enough to be excited about this investment. Thanks for the help ladies.
Staff helped me find a better brand, fixed amd issue I had ordering online. Polite, efficient, and understanding.
Absolutely amazing. I appreciate the time they took to explain to me my opinions for buying contacts. Not only were the ladies patient, knowledgeable and kind but they explained to me more affordable options and helpful suggestions for ordering contacts in the future. I highly recommend this Target Optical because they are understanding, professional and very detail oriented.
Dr. Zach has been awesome and when he started at Target Optical it was an easy decision to keep his as my eye doctor. Not only that, but the staff this location has been phenomenal. I am currently out of the country and needed contacts. They made it easy and accommodated my request with no problems. Great customer service.
The employees are VERY helpful and pleasant. They helped me find a pair of glasses in my price range and worked with me through the best lenses under my budget. The associate I was working with is still learning. The more senior associate was both pleasant and professional working with both my associate and myself. I strongly recommend them as a place to get your next pair of glasses.
