Had a great time working with Katherine and felt very seen and taken care of. I went in for an eye exam, new glasses, lenses for an old pair, and contacts. She helped apply my insurance and got a me a promo that worked best for my situation / order. Im not a big fan of Target, but I am a fan of the Optical team and I come back every year, thank you!

I had a really great experience at Target Optical! The doctor was super nice, professional, and made everything easy to understand. The whole appointment felt comfortable and stress-free. Also shoutout to Antonietta, the sales associate, for being so attentive and welcoming. She was super helpful when it came to picking out frames and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about helping customers and has such a warm personality.

Both the doctor and the sales associate, Melissa, were excellent. My exam went really well and then Melissa was very helpful in picking out my new glasses and making sure I could get my maximum insurance benefit. I really appreciated everyone’s friendliness and assistance. I just picked up my new glasses and I could not be happier.
