Had a great experience at Target Optical. My glasses got slightly bent after an accident, and Osoneline was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to carefully adjust the frame, fixed it perfectly！ Her attitude was warm, patient, and professional. I really appreciate her help — this kind of service truly made my day. We came in after a very frustrating experience at Costco Optical, where something clearly wasn’t right with my husband’s glasses. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Target Optical took the time to really assess the issue. They quickly identified the problem and handled it with confidence and expertise—it was clear we were in good hands. My husband just picked up his new glasses, and the progressive lenses are absolutely perfect. The measurements were spot-on, and everything feels comfortable and natural—no adjustment issues at all. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process.
