The optician is very good. The glasses arrived in less than the time frame given. The staff is all super nice. I really like the doctor as well. Fun fact-you don’t have to get your eyes dilated. They can achieve the same result quickly by just taking a picture to check your eye health.🤩👀😎🤓
I had a great experience at Target Optical in Winter Garden on Daniel’s Road! Christopher helped us during our visit, and he was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our choices. His customer service really stood out and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Christopher!
Armando was absolutely phenomenal in helping me select and purchase my new pair of eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses! I appreciated his explaining of the different types of lenses, features, and pricing and helping me make my final selections. I wasn’t too sure if I’d find what I was looking for, but Target Optical hit it out of the park. Great selection and excellent Consultants. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone looking for new eyewear!
I had a wonderful experience with Target Optical! One of the screws fell out of my glasses, and I stopped in hoping they could help. The staff was incredibly kind, fixed my glasses quickly, and didn't charge me anything. Their willingness to help, even though it was such a small repair, really speaks to the level of customer service they provide. I truly appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and generosity. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. Thank you, Target Optical, for going above and beyond!
Aleisa Negron was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. She took care of everything so quickly and made the whole experience so easy! Truly excellent service! Thank you!
