Chris Compton is a true professional. He listened and was caring when helping my husband chose sunglasses. He explained all the options available and did not put any pressure on my husband as he went through the decision making process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Amaya was fantastic. She proactively picked out some frames & researched online availability of other colors while I was getting my eyes checked. She worked with me to choose the best frame out! Also very impressed with Dr. Elkhoury, she was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Overall a wonderful experience!
We had never been to Target Optical before but felt led to give them a try. Amaya was so great, it didn't take long to realize why we were drawn there! She was kind and professional, but also took the time to know us. Next thing I know, we're all joking and laughing and she made it an awesome experience!
Dr Elkhoury was wonderful! She covered all the bases during my eye exam and explained everything she was doing and made Spot on recommendations. Dawn was exceptional in helping me to choose a pair of glasses. She cleaned my current frames and really brought them back to life. Then on her first attempt after just one look at my face, she picked out a perfect pair of lens for me. She gave me other options too, but in the end, it was the very first frame that was absolutely right for me. Dawn was very professional and she also helped me to complete the visit with Dr Elkhoury. We were waiting on Fax to come in, but instead it came by email and she assisted. Thanks Dawn!
I was so pleased with the friendliness and efficiency the young woman that helped me today exhibited.She explained our insurance, tinting, EVERYTHING I needed to know. I can’t wait to get my glasses and sun glasses…I prayed for a friendly person to wait on me..no one cranky…HE ANSWERED🙏🏻🩷🙏🏻
