I have been coming to Wells Optical for four years. The people are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. There’s no pressure, just good service. Kristina is always fun to talk to and has great taste if you need help choosing frames. Very happy to return year after year.

I have been going to this Target Optical for 6 years and have only had the best possible service. I went in again this week to order contacts. Kristina was so helpful. She is thorough in sharing the options and information, is a wealth of knowledge about optical care, and just gives fantastic customer service. She even went the extra mile helping to ensure I would receive a manufacturer's rebate. Just a wonderful person and all of the people there, including the doctor, have been amazing. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience here! Didn’t feel rushed through my exam and could tell Dr. Wells was thorough and cares about his patients. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the ladies working up front but they were patient and helpful. Looking forward to getting my new glasses!
I have purchased 4 pair of glasses at this target. This last pair was making me dizzy, so I went back for help. Jennifer, who sold me the first 3 pair, found the prescription was not correctly measured for the 4th pair. She graciously apologized and remeasured. A replacement is on the way. Jennifer represents the perfect Target employee. She’s efficient, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Thank you, Jennifer.
