Came in Saturday morning, only one person working and five customers. Ashley was excellent at multitasking as efficiently as possible. As each new customer entered, she pleasantly greeted them and asked for their patience. And she answered three phone calls, took a message and assured the callers she would get back to them, all with a pleasant and friendly demeanor. She was very patient and thorough as I was ordering a few new pairs of glasses. Ashley understands customer service which seems to be a rarity in healthcare today. Thanks!

It was my first visit. Everyone was nice and professional. My new glasses and sunglasses are amazing. I had a bad experience at another eye place and Laura the manager made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with everything.

This was an AMAZING experience. Ashley was great as well as Laura and the doctor who helped me. The customer service I received is unheard of almost anywhere these days. Recommending Target Optical to my family.

This was my first time shopping Target Optical after many recommendations from people. It did not disappoint! I have been looking for frames for over a year. They had an amazing selection. Laura, the store manager, stepped in to help me and found the perfect pair! I would not have even tried THAT STYLE of frame if she hadn’t suggested it. I knew those were the ones. She was so nice, and funny. Great experience. Prices were reasonable, and they were in network with my eye insurance.
