The dynamic duo of Erin and Mark!! They are the best at assisting with frames and navigating insurance, etc! Dr. Haywood is so pleasant and knowledgeable. The whole exam and glasses process is a breeze with this team!

This was hands down the best eye doctor visit I've ever had. The entire staff had a kind, helpful spirit--no pushy sales tactics--and Dr. Hall's bright, upbeat energy made the visit fun!
Do not order prescription sunglasses from here. It’s been 26 days and my sunglasses have not even been shipped to them. They can’t tell me why or even expedite them. I ordered them a month in advance for our trip to Disney and now will not have them. I wish I went elsewhere. The staff are very nice but aren’t able to communicate with their distributor. They still can’t even give me a time frame or offer a discount. I am so disappointed.
