The past 4 years i had been driving 50 miles to a Target in Jacksonville near my daughter's home for my eye exams. Not anymore! I just had an exam for a new prescription at this store and the entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. Dr. Crenshaw explained what he was doing and why, and answered all the questions I had. He was extremely nice and really cared!. If you are in need of an eye doctor look no further! This is the place! I will be back and thank you to the staff for being so welcoming!

Never a bad experience at Target optical here in St. Augustine, and Darin is the best! The other day my glasses came apart and fell off my face while walking in my backyard. A very tiny screw fell out and I could not find it. Brought my glasses to the store and Darin Frasier fixed them for me- for free! He replaced the tiny screw, made sure all the other screws were tight, and cleaned my glasses. Very much appreciate! Thanks, Darin!

My wife and I were out of town visiting family, and my wife inadvertently ripped one of her contact lens. She contacted the Saint Augustine optical center and Mindy was most helpful to facilitate a replacement pair. She offered great customer service and a sweet smile too! Thanks so much for the help in allowing my wife to see for the rest of the trip!

The team made the process quick and seamless. They went above and beyond to make me feel accommodated! Dr. Robert is very knowledgeable and kind. He even found something past optometrists have been missing and was quick to help me correct it. Highly recommend this Target Optical!

These guys were great! Not only do they have excellent customer service, but they even go out of their way to be kind… Like fit glasses to your face that you didn’t even purchase there. It’s the extras that make the difference.
