Very bad customer service I am on nights and I called them to schedule an appointment and accidentally missed. It immediately called them asked him if they could set me up with a temp set with my old prescription which was just barely out of date and any other doctor would’ve done for me. I told them I’d pay for my visit I’d pay for the cancellation whatever it took, but I was blind and I needed to go to work i asked for them to please help me and they flat out said no I’ve never had that happen before so my business will go elsewhere. I will never go back to this place because they don’t care enough about their customers to help them. It’s just a hard no. I wouldn’t make a big deal if I had not got the same kind of help from my last Eye doctor I’m pretty sure they did it for me last year. I will be stopping by in person and I’m gonna ask him again if they can help me I can’t. I will never go back there and I will make it a campaign that nobody else goes that I know. I’ve never heard of a doctor that didn’t care about a patient losing work over contact lenses and not helping them dirty dirty greedy stuff there

Been waiting for my glasses since my exam on April 20th. Still have not gotten them. I have been told they are not ready yet. Called after 4 weeks was told the lens were wrong, had to reorder which was 3 weeks ago. Was told again today they weren’t ready yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Very pleasant and accommodating staff, always smiling and always helpful. Surprisingly large selection of frames and lens options! The doctor is the best i have ever spoken with and will recommend my closest loved ones should see from now on. Dr. Taylor always describes in full detail and completely explains any questions you may have. Seriously the best in depth optometry visit not just to fix my vision concerns, but also to examine the overall health of my eyes and check for underlying or possible future issues!! Soo happy with my new pairs of glasses and contact lenses!! Thank you very much Mansfield Eye Clinic for striving to be the best for your community!

The time to get your glasses from the lab they use is not reliable. What they tell you isn't right unless you have single vision lenses. If time is as valuable to others as it is to my family go somewhere else. Mansfield staff that answered the phone acted like I was the problem for expecting what they told me to matter.

Ok so I loved the Mansfield eye clinic that I thought I would try Stonewall. I tried twice to get in and see them. The person who does the medicaid to see who qualified. She had me running in circles for now reason. And she was very rude. I wouldn't recommend incoming to this place unless you like having rude service. Very unsatisfied.
