Made it through the Saharan Desert dust cloud to see Dr. Elina Mathew! She knows her science and gave me a very thorough eye exam. This is the 2nd year that she’s been my optometrist - proof that I have confidence in her knowledge, skill and tools. I’m an old chick, been wearing glasses for 58 years, so I’m an expert at receiving eye care! I’d fully recommend her. Staff very helpful and accommodating! All together, they made a very comfortable visit! So, I’d recommend her services without hesitation! The Saharan Dust: not so much!

Ive come here 2 years in a row and the Optometrist here are so kind and thorough. The second year I actually thought to go to another optometrist because they had the certain kind of glasses at that location in Dalla. I should have listened to my instinct and went here at Walmart instead. I actually came back here afterwards and had this optometrist recheck my eyes. And thank God I did and she got it right for my eyes. The new place in Dallas had my eyes hurting and Terrell got me right. Thank youuu!!! The girls in the front desk are always so helpful. Thank you!!!

Service was amazing! Highly recommend Dr Bisen! Staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions I had since it was my first eye exam. Was very pleased I was able to do my appt and hippa online since I’m very anti social. Will be going back for sure.
