Walmart Vision Center

This was My first time coming to the Walmart Vision Center There was one lady who greeted me and genuinely helped me throughout the visit, and I really appreciated her effort. However, the rest of the staff seemed very lazy and uninterested in helping customers. After my appointment, while I was looking at glasses, the same employee was trying to help me while also handling a phone call at the same time, while three other employees just stood around talking amongst themselves and staring instead of offering any assistance. The one helpful employee deserves recognition because she was clearly carrying the workload for everyone else.

Horrible experience here, me and my son first time ever coming to this place!and last! very unprofessional uneducated staff ! If you don’t like your job quit , enjoy what you do ! I don’t really hardly write bad reviews ! My glasses are horrible they didn’t explain my lenses were to thick for the frames ! Nor do they put effort on explaining anything ! Never coming back rather pay other place where they do put there time and effort! Wasted my time and energy here ! Well now I know never to come back to this uneducated place !

Mrs. Jennifer did a great job with both of my girls pair glasses. Very prompt and took less than 10 minutes.

Victoria & Anna helped my grandchildren find glasses within our budget without sending a whole lot. They were incredible!will be back!!!

I wanna highly recommend the walmart vision in Terrell, As soon as i walked in this young lady Victoria was very helpful with all my questions. This is the first time i’ve had glasses so i’m glad she was able to help me.
