My daughter and I both see Dr. Tsang, and she’s been wonderful. My 10-year-old has been using Corneal Refractive Therapy lenses for over two years now, and her vision has remained stable. We’ve had a great experience with both contacts and glasses, and the entire staff is always kind and helpful. We’re very grateful, thank you!

Our experience with vision therapy of Dr Tsang’s team has been excellent. There has been a clear improvement in visual coordination and visual processing speed. These changes helped with both sports activities like tennis and reading. The staff are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this clinic to other families.

Dr. Tsang provides great care and applies her experience and expertise to come up with creative solutions to complex vision problems. The staff is caring and responsive. They also offer a good selection of quality frames, and Ruby is very helpful in picking out frames. They moved to a new location at the corner of Irvine Center Drive and Bake Pkwy. I like their new location, because of the ample parking spaces available.

I traveled all the way from France to the US to meet Dr. Tsang and her incredible team, as I have been suffering from Visual Snow Syndrome for several years. Before meeting them, I had no idea how anyone could possibly help me — but they did! From the very first contact, I felt surrounded by kindness, professionalism, and genuine humanity. Dr. Tsang is one of the very few specialists in the world with real expertise in this condition, and her deep understanding, patience, and empathy made me feel truly heard and supported. She gave me the most thorough eye and vision examination I have ever had — far beyond anything I could have imagined. She quickly understood exactly what was wrong with my visual system and designed a fully customized therapy program to help me. Since starting visual therapy with her team, my symptoms have significantly reduced and my life has improved so much. For the first time in years, I have real hope that things will keep getting better and better. Even though I live in France, distance was never an obstacle. After meeting Dr. Tsang and her team in person three times, they provided me with a complete therapy kit containing all the tools I needed to continue my visual training from home. We now have regular online sessions, and I continue to make steady progress thanks to their ongoing support and guidance. A special thank you to Grace, whose kindness, patience, and constant care made every step of the process so much easier. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Tsang and her entire team for their dedication, their humanity, and the hope they bring to people like me — people who have very few therapy options because Visual Snow Syndrome is not something most doctors know about. I sincerely wish that more and more patients can benefit from this therapy, and that they won’t hesitate to visit Dr. Tsang and invest in their treatment. It is truly life-changing.
