I was in vacation in the area from out of town, and had an emergency issue with my eye. They got me in to see a doctor within 2 hours of my call to them. They were extremely thorough and helpful, even knowing this would be a one-time visit. I highly recommend this group!
I have had a wonderful experience with everyone at Texan Eye. I had cataract surgery in both eyes a week ago. They made it so easy, and comfortable. They kept in contact to how I was doing afterwards each surgery. Answered any questions I threw at them or concerns. Friendly from the front desk, assistants, nurses, and the Dr himself. I see better with just the cataract surgery, than I have in the past 7 years with my prescription glasses. Thank you Texan eye. THANK YOU DR. LUKE ZHU
No one "wants" to go to the eye doctor. But when you do NEED to go, Texan Eye is the perfect choice. From efficient check-in to minimal wait times to quick checkout - it all goes smoothly. Not to mention the excellent doctors! They ask questions, LISTEN to your responses and help you make educated choices for your care. Totally recommend Texan Eye Cedar Park!
Doctors and other personnel are efficient and seem to know their stuff. I had a positive experience. They explained everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for your next eye care appointment.
Overall the experience was positive. My only issue is the wait time. After all preliminary tests and dilation my wait time to see Dr Sanchez was almost one hour. No explanation was offered for delay.
