I had an amazing experience at this eye care center! The staff is always so nice, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond while I was choosing my frames and were very patient as I went back and forth between several options. They didn’t mind all of my questions and even encouraged me to try different styles until I found the perfect pair. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was so impressed that I signed my husband up to use this eye care center as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

Several months I received 2-3 reminders per week for appt. Apr 6 I received a text, a voice mail and then another text that let me know I was left a voice mail. Finally took a half day off work to get in. The Dr was out. I wasn't notified because my phone number was wrong.

Memorial Eye Center is fantastic with an awesome staff and outstanding eye doctors. Dr. Luc Waken was absolutely fantastic- he was so kind, caring and took his time. A great young doctor that one can tell he really cares about his patients! Thank You again Dr. Waken..best regards Terry G

Great experience! Wonderful staff and Dr! It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I love the new glasses as well!!!!

The wait times here are very very short compared to other eye care providers. I would recommend this place 10/10. Everyone was very helpful and the eye doctors are knowledgeable.
