I went there for a 10 AM appointment on Monday 5/11/2026 which is when they open. They were not prepared for patients at this time. Staff was still coming in when I was waiting to be served. The exam went ok and I was given my prescription which I then took to Target to get glasses made. The next day I got a voicemail which was kind of abrupt which said something about my prescription and to call them. The number they left was a fax number. I sent them an email to ask what was the problem. No reply! I stopped by the next day but they are closed on Weds mornings. The next day, now Thurs, I called again, this time I found their correct number. I was told the prescription they gave me was wrong. They left off some info and that they would email me the correct one. Now they could use email. I took the new prescription to Target and they said they could not change it until the new glasses came in in 2 weeks. They they would submit a new order and another 2 weeks. So 4 weeks to see if the prescription is ok or not. It was the doctor who made the mistake but the staff who failed to respond to my email. When I questioned the doctor about it she said it was my fault for not contacting them when the email was not answered promptly. It seems like it is always the customer's/patient's fault. Even though her error caused the entire problem, it is not her fault and customer's inconvenience means nothing anymore. Good luck if you go there.

I booked an appointment and informed them about my insurance coverage; however, upon arriving at the clinic, I was told that they do not accept insurance. This is unacceptable. It was a bad experience; they wasted my time and are untrustworthy.
I would definitely NOT recommend!! Lost money, bad glasses, poor service, over $220 thrown in the trash. I went and had an eye exam by one of the young female staff, I thought it was very fast and superficial. Paid $220+ for glasses, but when they came I could not see clearly or read, or walk with them on without getting dizzy. Most of the field of vision was blurry with a tiny pinhole of focus, and yet I had paid extra for the "better lenses". I returned and was given a more thorough exam by the Dr., who told me the prescription was wrong, but insisted that it was my eyes that changed that much in a few weeks, not that the first exam results were incorrect. They replaced the glasses, but they were no better, I had to remove them more often than wear them, to drive and to walk. I could not read on my cell phone or laptop at all with them, I needed to keep changing back to my dollar store readers. Not only that, they would fall off my head whenever I looked down, so an earpiece broke off within days. When I took them back again, the girl told me it would cost me $30 or so service charge to repair the frame, but also that there was no way for me to get glasses that would work for me. I did not want to pay, as the glasses were not even helpful or useful to me, so she threw them in the trash and I was out my $220+ with nothing to show for it. Still wearing the cheap readers and much happier with them than the prescription glasses I got from Texas Eye Clinic.
Very good place to get glasses they are always nice and listen to your concern I went here every time it was time for new glasses and they always did a good job helping me Thank You 😊
The staff is amazing, they are helpful, and understanding. My daughter recently went to the eye doctor. It went very well. Everything was professional. A month later my daughter already broke her glasses and we went back again. They were very helpful, fast, and I appreciate the entire experience. I highly recommend to anyone whose kids need new glasses!
