I never leave negative reviews but after several less than desirable interactions, I cannot ignore the pure greed and ignorance that is Eyecare Associates. The location in Warrior is the absolute worst. I have had headache after headache since switching to them in March due to changes in Tricare. I took my youngest for her first exam and signed releases for the remaining 3 members of my family to have our information sent over from our previous eye doctor. Over a month later, I walked in with my oldest daughter to see about scheduling her first appointment and getting a copy of her old contact prescription since she was running low. I was told that they did not receive the paperwork from our previous doctor. I called myself and they stated they never received a request but would fax it over immediately, which they did. Pure laziness on the part of the front desk worker. I shouldn't have to do your job for you. Fast forward to my oldest's appointment today and it was pure frustration. I was called and told that I needed a referral from Tricare. The referral was approved back in March. We get to the appointment and I agree to pay the $44 for her to have the imaging done. As I am checking out, I find out my total is $116! Without my prior knowledge or consent, Dr Harrison threw away her brand new contacts, fitting her with contacts that bothered her so bad she took them out when we got in the car, and then charged me $72 for a "contact fitting". She has been wearing the same contacts for over 4 years. When I heard the total I was noticeably upset but I said nothing. The receptionist helping me then proceeded to snatch my debit card from me and her tone for the rest of the interaction was very snarky. Unless you enjoy hidden charges and rude customer service, stay as far away from this place as possible.

Dr. Harrison and all his team members are wonderful. I received nothing but kindness and willingness to answer any and all of my questions. I had never had to have an eye exam until now and they made me very comfortable and explained everything clearly and professionally. I would definitely recommend and will continue to go to them for all my eye concerns in the future.
Dr. Judson Harrison took his time with me and really listened to my concerns about my eyeglasses. I truly appreciate his care and the kindness of the entire staff. I’m grateful for the excellent service and look forward to receiving my new glasses soon.
My wait to begin my appointment was very brief. The two technicians in charge of doing preliminary testing were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Harrison explained the test results and very patiently answered my questions regarding the results.
I’m a disabled veteran with a service animal. I was with my 18 year old son getting checked after retinal reattachment surgery where he is almost blind in one eye. Instead of educating themselves about the Americans with disabilities act they tried to kick me out for having my service animal. They called the police and even tried to use the excuse that since my son is 18 and I am not the patient they don’t have to follow federal law. The police told them to bad it’s federal law.
