Horrible clinic! You pay what you think is the overall visit fee prior to seeing the doctor and then they charge you an outrageous amount for a simple peak at anything! I was charged over $500 dollars to be prescribed antibiotics for an infected Cartilage piercing. I went in there telling them it was infected the did nothing other than look at my red ear for two seconds. No swab was taken, no jewelry was taken out, and no medical tools were used. There is no way you can justify the price for a simple visit like this.

I have been here several times for different reasons, and gotten excellent care every time. The facility is spotless and the staff are very caring and professional. I have been pleased with the consistent quality of care.
My ongoing healthcare, both primary and specialty has been fabulous. My medications are continuously monitored and updated and I am in great health. I notice most of the negative comments here are either not healthcare related, but rather insurance or related to a lack of personal advocacy. Health insurance is a a national problem, not an Optum problem. If you feel you're being ignored, ask anyone for help and you will get it.
I came here in severe pain, hoping for "urgent" care, but ended up walking out after 45 minutes of being ignored. When I asked the front desk about the delay, the receptionist was completely indifferent, stating there was "nothing she could do" even though three doctors were on staff. This facility is already known for high prices and overcharging, but I was willing to pay for immediate help. Instead, I wasted nearly an hour suffering in the waiting room before having to drive elsewhere for actual medical attention. Avoid this place if you are actually in pain.
