Awesome facility - staff is very friendly, Doctors take time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable with their plans to correct your vision for the best possible outcome. I have worn glasses for 55 years - Now I have 20/25 vision!! It’s a great feeling! Can’t say enough good things about the doctors, staff and facility! So thankful my neighbor referred me to them!

Dr. McCan is amazing! I had the best eye exam I’ve ever had yesterday. The staff in the back was equally great. The girl at the front check-in was not friendly at all to me or to other patients, but the rest of the staff made up for her lack of personality.
Very welcoming, professional staff members. Each person I interacted with explained the next phase of the appointment. On line check in is easy, then receiving several reminders of your upcoming appointment is quite helpful. Premises is clean and orderly, offering a beverage center, large screen TV and comfortable seating. Dr. Malik is personable, kind and highly skilled, instilling a confidence that my examination was accurate and thorough. I’m extremely pleased with my experience at The Eye Associates. Thank you for the opportunity to offer a review of my experience.
Oof. All I can do is laugh. Shame that compared to before the buyout, this location has turned into a comedy of errors; YMMV. Medical staff is excellent and thorough. Most of the front desk staff is very helpful. Eyeglass shop folks exemplary. Office staff too crabby to continue to deal with and seem to forget what phone manners should be in practice. I still don’t know if my specialist copay payments have been processed. Central scheduling has been outsourced, which I normally have no issues with. If you don’t care for that, suggest you call when it’s right after meal time in the Philippines’ time zone. Shouldn’t have taken six phone calls today to attempt to reschedule a single appointment. If confusion annoys you, maybe ask the staff when they anticipate changing the name of the WiFi access point. You’re better off walking into the DMV to get your vision checked.
16 months ago this would have been a five-star review. I dislike mergers and feared some bumps in the process, but it ended up 60% worse than what I’d expected. All of the staff save one are just as professional and downright friendly as previous visits. My first visit I gave a small handful of employees a pass, as I don’t think workplace gossip within earshot of patients is acceptable. We’re only human, though.
