First time having my eye exam in a while. I highly recommend this Eye Gallery, in Sandy Springs! From beginning to end my experience was excellent. I felt that the actual exam, with Dr Rosenberg, was thorough and explained to me in a way; that I could understand what was going to happen, and what to expect. All my questions were answered, + I never felt rushed! The front office staff were very personable and welcoming! Last but not least, the gallery itself, was clean , comfortable, and inviting to sit in; while waiting for my exam, and while choosing my glasses!

I was a patient here for years, but this experience was very disappointing. I paid for an eye/contact lens exam, my glasses prescription changed, and I simply wanted to try the contact lenses before buying a new supply elsewhere. They refused to provide a trial pair unless I ordered from their office, even though their prices are much higher than other sellers. That felt more like a sales tactic than patient care. I will not be returning.
The Eye Gallery is my favorite place for state of the Art Glasses. They have huge selection of designer frames like, Tom Ford and they carry some of Tom Ford's private selection. Also, they have the best Doctor on sight. She always is on top of all of the newest technology. She updated me that contacts now have the ability to offer bifocals combined with the option to correct astigmatism. No more wearing readers while I wear my contacts when I am at dinner day or night. Medical Science Matters. Thank You Eye Gallery...
Charles is the most helpful person I’ve ever met in an optical shop. In addition to helping me achieve my new look, he quickly perfectly adjusted and tightened my old glasses. Two other professionals could not fix them.
I used two different Eye galleries. The doctors at both Eye Galleries, Roswell and Buckhead, were professional and helpful, as was the woman receptionist at the first Eye Gallery and the first technician at the Roswell store. The only technician I met at the second Eye Gallery in Buckhead was also very helpful, as was their reception staff.
