Outstanding eye care. Dr. Sandoval is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and makes sure you understand your options and overall eye health, which is rare these days. Our entire family goes to the Eye Institute, and every visit has been a great experience. The team is professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. The office runs smoothly and you never feel rushed. As a pilot, eye health and vision care are absolutely critical to my profession, and I have complete confidence in Dr. Sandoval and his team. It’s clear they take pride in providing top-tier care. My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Barry Sandoval at the eye institute in Issaquah, WA for years. He performed eye surgery successfully for me & I could see clearly without glasses for years. It's finally wearing off so I may have to repeat that surgery but it lasted for years and is so worth having it done again. Eleanor, his administrative assistant, has worked for him for a very long time, so that tells me he must be good to his employees. Eleanor has treated me so very nicely, respectfully and always reminds me of our upcoming appointments. We truly appreciate her !! The front desk clerk was very pleasant and speedy. The technician who dilated my eyes completed a thorough history. Dr Sandoval listened to my explanation of my symptoms intently. After his examination, Dr. Sandoval explained all of my options after providing me with a diagnosis and a potential path to follow. No pressure. I was quite comfortable thanks to Dr. Sandoval.

Dr. Sandoval is awesome! I have been going to him for years. He truly cares about his patients and spends time making sure all questions are answered. I recently had an SLT procedure with him and the results were great. Highly recommend!

Examiner is nice. But front desk is not willingly to take my inqury about my contact lenses not fitting in skiing movement. She rejected to order new contact lenses good for skiing or any dynamic movement. She even declined to make suggestion and do some research on contact lenses that would fit in sports.
