The Eye Place

I got 3 pairs of prescription glasses from here (a rose tinted pair for headaches, sunglasses, and a normal pair that came with a sunglass clip on). The owner, Shellee was so helpful and got my new glasses to me super quickly! She had a huge selection and found pairs that fit my preferences (I prefer wider frames). She even offered to adjust them to sit better if needed! Great experience!

At first, I was at a loss finding an optician who could meet my needs with a quick turnaround. Suffice it to say, Shellee lives up to every review. Getting an appointment was simple and quick, the fitting for glasses was detailed and customized to me, and the conversation we had throughout was lively and enjoyable. Within 4 weeks, Shellee was able to get a prior authorization approved and had two pairs of new lenses ready for me. She readjusted the frames to my face when I came for pickup, and I have to say, this experience was perfect from start to finish.

Over the holiday weekend my glass frame broke and I had a second pair for backup witch lacked closeup vision, so I proceeded to investigate the possibility of finding a vision center/lab who had the capability of switching my lenses to the good frame, I found Eye Place, I called and asked Shellee who said sure I can when do you want to come by, I was totally amazed about her response. When I walked in and met her it was I was a long lost friend that she hadn't see for a while, so warm hearted and friendly, within minutes she fixed my problem. This lady is incredible one of a kind, I believe she is more about compassion than about business, thank you very much Shellee you made my day.
