I had an excellent experience with Dr Desai. He is highly professional and personable, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain everything without making patients feel rushed. He demonstrates genuine care for his patients. His assistant is also exceptionally kind and welcoming.I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional eye care.

I’m so happy I found The Eye Place of Schaumburg! I’m a hairdresser, so being able to see fine detail clearly all day long is incredibly important to me. A few months ago, I purchased glasses somewhere else and ended up having the lenses remade three different times because I just couldn’t see properly with the progressive prescription. It was beyond frustrating. Then I came here. Dr. Desai and Sierra got it perfect on the very first try. I wore my new glasses for a full day behind the chair and didn’t have to think about them once—no adjusting, no struggling to focus, just clear, comfortable vision. I honestly can’t say enough about the care and expertise I received. I highly recommend Dr. Desai. His space and equipment is modern and contemporary, with a great selection of glasses at reasonable prices, but what really matters is the care you get. Dr. Desai actually listens to what you need as a patient. He doesn’t just go through the motions or follow a script. He takes the time to understand what I need, what’s working, what isn't. It's a nice switch up from the larger chain stores. Everyone in the office was warm, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. If you’re looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares, has a fantastic staff and offers a great selection of glasses without crazy prices, definitely check out Dr. Desai.
