The Eye Shoppe

I paid $770 on Dec 19, 2025. Today is Jan 13, 2026. I leave messages, I’ve went in person for my glasses due for pick up @ “up to 2 weeks” and yet I’ve never received a single phone call or email for my glasses nor have I received my refund (my last attempt to reach out and again got a voicemail with no return call to me). I don’t know what is going on but this is the worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve been taken advantage by this shop and I’m very dissatisfied. I will not do business here again. Next step Better Business Bureau.

The Eye shoppe is amazing! Dr. Julie is wonderful, fast, and helpful. If you can’t use insurance for some reason, appointments are super affordable. She’s my favorite eye doctor I’ve ever had! The frames here are super cute. One thing to note- the hours on Google maps are currently wrong. Photo of hours on 3/13/2023 is attached.

Dr. Julie is awesome. If she doesn't have the frames you want in stock, she'll order them so that you can see what they look like on you before she places the order. She's super patient oriented, friendly, and helpful. I found that she communicates the timeframe to receive new glasses to be spot on and I've recommended her to others who have told me that their experience was a great as mine.

I recently visited Dr. Julie for an eye exam and was pleased with the thorough and competent service she provided. She helped me choose two pairs of quality glasses at an affordable price. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable optometrist.

I have been coming to Eye Shoppe for years. The store is quaint with lots of selection that you won’t find elsewhere ❤️. Dr. Julie is absolutely great as she does a thorough eye exam, answers all of my questions & gives me 1:1 attention when it comes to trying on glasses. She has even pulled some from her inventory not set out yet saying, “ I just got these in too.” Really Nice Customer Service. That’s why I always go back to her.
