I got an eye exam from Dr. Hazelwood, she was SO sweet and we shared a few laughs, very professional and got me in and out swiftly. After my exam was finished I was able to go pick my glasses out. Kristen and Annie made this process so fun, they helped me pick the best glasses for my face shape, I truly felt like a model they way they were building me up.. awesome experience! My glasses came in within about a week or two. Overall great experience with all of these ladies! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've been a patient here for many years and all started off fine but over the last couple of years I feel like true patient care and what is best for the patient has gone to the wayside. The last two annual checkups I've had have been about promoting the product that the doctor was getting "kickbacks" on, not what was needed or best for my personal care. It was so bad this last (2026) visit, I cannot even where the contacts prescribed and they're just sitting, a waist of money. Unfortunately, I've made the decision to move on and find a new Optometrist. As, the new prescription still does not provide clear vision. I now need to pay out of pocket to have a second annual exam and get the right outcome for my vision.
An annual checkup for new prescription for glasses that was so stressful, frustrating, and time wasting. I had to make three trips to the office, and the new prescription still does not provide clear vision. I was given all kinds of explanation going from all good, dilated eye exam evaluation to having cataract that might need surgery. I am not going back there for the fourth time.
I purchased my glasses a few months ago, recently one of the arms got stiff so I brought them in hoping someone could fix them. Anne greeted me and took charge!! She cleaned them thoroughly and went out of her way to make sure they were working as they should. Her customer service was exceptional! Such a kind, warm, and welcoming personality!!! I was SO impressed. 😀
I have been a patient with the Eyesite for over 20 plus years. Dr. Hazelwood if great and listens to your concerns. The opticians' are great, they take their time with each customer explaining options and your insurance coverage. When picking up your glasses they make sure you are happy and have a good comfortable fit before leaving. Annie and Kristen are great at what they do and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their field. Nothing but positive comments on this office.
