Best eye exam experience my wife and I have ever had! We love Dr Clark! And the entire staff was top notch! Friendly, personable, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable!
Everyone at the Eyecare Center is courteous, professional, and friendly. Exam was through and let me know at each stage how I was doing. My fitting for contacts and glasses was an excellent group effort to get me set up for an excellent vision experience. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Merrell and all his staff.
Staff was great. The dr i saw was wonderful. Took the time to talk to me and explain things, felt very comfortable. However I was give 2 weeks of contacts to try and at tge end of 2 weeks I called back to say they were not working as expected as was told the Dr would need to review my chart and that will take weeks. Yes, weeks!! The receptionist was not friendly nor concerned that this was an issue. Guess I will start over elsewhere.
Our family followed Dr. Clark from her previous practice. I had a great first experience with her new practice! Brynlee and Melissa were so helpful and kind with my testing and picking my glasses.
Dr. Merrell is extremely knowledgeable and always shows true concern for his patients. His exams are very thoroughly and modernized. He’s worked well with my boisterous boys with their eye appointments as well. His staff are extremely cordial and show their experience in all areas. Very professional and welcoming environment from all I’ve associated with at the eye center. Extraordinarily high quality experience with every visit. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
