I had such a wonderful experience at Eye Care Doctor! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The eyeglass technicians were especially sweet and patient, and they made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been struggling with my glasses being too loose for over a year, and they were finally able to tighten and adjust them perfectly! Such a small thing made such a huge difference in my day-to-day comfort, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they gave me. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly knowledgeable and so compassionate. I left feeling taken care of, valued, and honestly so grateful for the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

I have had an amazing appointment time with the staff here. They make you feel welcome and special. I even had a cough spell and they gave me extra water. I was undecided about my frames and cost. I recently had a really great experience at the eye doctor. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office was clean, quiet, and organized, which helped calm my nerves. I didn’t have to wait long before they called my name. The eye technician was very kind and explained everything before doing each test. She made sure I understood what was happening and asked if I had any questions. That made me feel cared for instead of rushed. When the doctor came in, they were patient and professional. They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain my results in a way I could understand. What stood out the most was how thorough the exam was. The doctor made sure my prescription was just right and even gave me advice on how to protect my eyes and reduce strain. Dr.York is great, this is my second year bringing my daughter here and we will definitely be coming back next year. We order our contacts and glasses here and Beth was really great and helped us get the most out of our insurance. Thank you!
