The Eyesite

Dr. Kaur and her staff are amazing. They got me in very quickly for all my appointments and are very communicative via texting and phone call. When I requested contacts, they set up an appointment for me to practice putting in and taking out contacts with guidance from a (very patient) staff member, which was absolutely above and beyond.

The Eyesite Store optometrist, indicating that she was the owner, declined to provide eye glasses service to me. She said that her decline and request that I leave was based on my hat, which I took off while in the store. I indicated that her actions may be illegal, as they were solely based on her prejudices and how I looked to her. I visited wearing suit, white shirt, blue tie black shoes, small cross on my necklace. I spoke calmly and respectfully throughout. She volunteered that I had been "polite". There has been light rain on and off all week, hence the hat. Highly non-pluralistic.

I have been coming to The Eye Site for many years. Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. All other employees are also very helpful and know their jobs quite well. I have been impressed and grateful for the excellent level of care I receive.

Everyone here is really lovely. I went in for my first eye appointment in near a decade and I felt very taken care of!

I chose this doctor based on the great reviews, and Dr. Kaur exceeded my high expectations! Everyone in the office was very friendly, and I feel like Dr. Kaur took the time to get my very weird prescription just right. She also asked me thoughtful questions to make sure she understood what I needed out of my glasses and contacts. Highly recommended.
