Very professional and compassionate staff, and made me feel at ease. It was my first time meeting Dr. Carpentier, and he answered all my questions and provided easily understandable solutions to a couple issues. I really appreciated the way he gave me feedback when he was conducting the exam of my eyes. Not only informative, but he allayed some general anxiety I had on a couple things. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an Ophthalmologist!

Minimal wait time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Carpentier very friendly and patient. Explained everything including his treatment plan for me. Made sure I understood all we talked about and thoroughly explained his evaluation of the health of my eyes. I was on my way home in under an hour.

Dr. Carpentier is very personable and explains things well. I arrived early for my appointment and was called in early. His staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It was overall a good appointment.

Very nice and professional answers any questions you have. Besides that there frames for glasses are really nice there. I give him a A+++++ and would refer him to everyone who is looking for a knowledgeable Dr.

Without a doubt Dr. Carpentier is someone I would recommend to family, friends or anyone. Very qualified and caring with his patients. Great listener! Also his staff are some of the best. Good experience.
