The Optical Center

We had such an amazing experience thanks to Kayla! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made both of my daughters (ages 11 and 6) feel welcome. She was incredibly patient as she helped them find frames they truly loved. My oldest had her searching everywhere—even upstairs—for a specific pair, and Kayla happily went the extra mile to find them. My youngest was getting glasses for the very first time and was understandably nervous. Kayla took the time to help her choose frames that fit her face perfectly and made the entire experience fun and reassuring. When the glasses were ready, Kayla even called us herself and made sure they were adjusted properly so they fit comfortably and securely. Kayla truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Because of her kindness, patience, and genuine care, both of my girls walked out wearing their new glasses with confidence and huge smiles on their faces. If you're bringing your children in for glasses, I highly recommend asking for Kayla. She has a wonderful way of making kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited to wear their glasses. Thank you, Kayla, for making what could have been a stressfule experience such a positive and memorable one!

My appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday. I couldn’t make it so rescheduled for the following week (by my wife, who was told, ‘sure no problem, let’s schedule next week same time’) the minute I walked in the receptionist took one look at me and went straight to that ugly, rude look receptionists sometimes give. Even after I smiled and said “How you doing!” Lol. She had a nasty attitude and tried to get me to see a virtual doctor for an eye exam. Um, yeah, no thanks. You’ll never get my business. What a shame.

Melissa helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. She brought me many different fun pairs to try on. They have a large selection to choose from. This was my first time here and I had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I even left with the glasses I picked out! I highly recommend coming here!

I have been going to the Newton Optical Center for years. I have tried other places in the past, but I always keep returning here. The selection of frames is amazing. Beyond that – the customer service is OUTSTANDING- it is the reason I keep coming back. All of the employees are so helpful, but I want to give a special shout out to Aylla who has helped my family and me for years! She has helped me each and every time pick out frames that are most complimentary for me. She is patient, honest, and professional. Thank you for making my experience easier!

The team at the optical center was so helpful! Aylia really took her time showing me frames that fit my style, and was honest about which colors/ styles fit my features the best. She helped make my decision so much easier and was so friendly! They had my frames in stock and were able to get them done in ~20 minutes. Overall, a great experience. Thanks Aylia for all your help!😊
