The Optik

My visit in October was my last. They screwed up in 2024, and they screwed up in 2025. I kept getting the revolving optometrist and they did not even check to ensure I was using a previously prescribed prescription. I didn’t realize that until this year that they only adjusted the bad one slightly. I then talked to their manager about what could be done because my insurance won’t let me go for an exam until October. I asked if something could be worked out and after a voicemail and asking over text, I got a response but it was reaffirming only insurance benefits which was discussed previously. I had one clinic make things right after a bad consultation. However I would feel a reexamination should be partially on the clinic due to their failure. The owner would not even be flexible at all on this and then they expect me to come back? Well apparently they don’t stand behind their work and won’t make it right unless it’s at your expense. Apparently even $75 is not worth it for them.

I had a great experience at the Optik. They were very thorough and professional. The doctor suggested a slightly stronger prescription but was ok with me deciding to keep my current one. And the whole exam only cost me $50 after insurance which was cheaper than the $95 I was paying at other in-network providers previously. Nice selection of glasses as well. 10/10 will return.

Visited Optik Vision Center in Woodinville for an eye check-up — great ambience, friendly reception, and quick appointment with timely reminders. Overall smooth experience. Only feedback: the technician’s instructions felt a bit rushed and mechanical, like reading a script too fast. A slower, more personal touch would make it perfect. Still, highly recommend!

Customer service is good and they do a good job of following up. However i recently bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses and one of them was probably the most expensive frames. After 3 rounds of adjustments and store visits it still feels flimsy and my other one that costs 1/4th is more sturdy. Very disappointed with the quality and how they can’t get it right.

Just came here to renew my glasses/contacts prescription after moving. Kind, communicative, and effecient. Dr. Hua was wonderful, highly recommend!
