My dad had a great experience with Dr. Suzanne Jadico and her entire office. She was professional, pleasant, skilled and took the time to answer all of our questions. She made him feel very comfortable and confident going into his cataract surgery, which really put our minds at ease. The staff was friendly, returned his phone calls promptly, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. The office was also very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend Dr. Jadico and her team to anyone needing eye care or cataract surgery.

Our family has been patients of Princeton Eye Group for many years. Overall, we’ve had excellent experiences with several physicians. My daughter had refractive surgery with Dr. Wong, which was outstanding. My husband had cataract surgery with Dr. Solarte and received excellent care. My mother has been seeing Dr. Liu for macular degeneration. Unfortunately, our most recent visit with Dr. Liu was extremely disappointing. The appointment started well. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was on time. His assistant was professional, thorough, and completed all of the necessary testing, including imaging, checking my mother’s vision, and measuring her prescription. After dilating her eyes, we waited for Dr. Liu. When he entered the room, he reviewed her chart and told us that her vision had worsened but that new glasses would help. I asked a simple question: “What is the difference between this year’s prescription and last year’s?” Instead of explaining it, he responded, “Why do you need to know? Do you understand anything about it?” His tone was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in compassion. He handed us the prescription, and the visit was essentially over. At the front desk, we were asked to pay $60 for the glasses prescription. My mother has received prescriptions during previous visits and was never charged this fee, so I asked why. The staff member explained that it depends on the doctor, which only added to the confusion. I also mentioned that after my mother’s eyes were dilated, Dr. Liu never examined her with the slit lamp or performed what we expected to be a dilated eye examination. The front desk staff was unsure and went to ask him. She returned saying he had completed everything that was necessary. From what we observed, that was simply not the case. The most upsetting part was not the fee—it was the complete lack of communication, empathy, and respect. My elderly mother was left with blurred vision for hours after dilation without us understanding why the drops were even necessary if no meaningful dilated examination was performed.
I cannot say enough good things about Princeton Eye Group, and specifically my doctor, Dr. Suzanne K. Jadico—she is absolutely awesome! Dr. Jadico is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and thorough. She never rushes through appointments, has a wonderful bedside manner, and explains everything clearly. The entire office is modern, professional, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. It can get busy because they are so highly sought-after, but the top-tier care you receive from a fantastic doctor like Dr. Jadico makes it completely worth it. Highly recommend!
If you should be unfortunate enough in that your eye issue is urgent, or somewhat urgent, then simply don't bother wasting your time trying to get to see someone here at Princeton Eye Group. First, they don't take walk-ins. I suppose not even if you're an existing patient. They'll tell you that you'll need to CALL to schedule an appointment. I had shown up in person, trying to make an appointment, but they refused to set me up with one. So I called, and the voice menu prompt said that if your issue is urgent and you feel that you need to be seen relatively quickly, to please leave a message with your name, number, etc... WELL, someone did return my call within the hour, which I certainly appreciated; HOWEVER, that had only been to inform me that new patients are not extended the "URGENT" appointment request. This was very disappointing and highly upsetting to find out. As far as this specific "business" is concerned, the 'eyes' DON'T have it; and forewarned is forearmed. I, for one, will definitely not be returning to this POORLY run operation.
Dr. Potter is the best eye doctor - he's very knowledgeable about contact lenses and wonderful to work with. Do NOT go to this location, go to any of the other offices. The lady in the contact labs charged me for lenses and failed to put the order in. When I called six weeks later, she admitted that she did not enter the order, but then claimed to place the order right then. Three weeks later, I called again and she STILL had not placed the order. I don't know what her problem was but I had to call the Princeton office to get this sorted out and actually get my lenses.
