The reception staff, medical assistants, and doctor J. Mingyi Huang are wonderful! The reception staff is friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all my insurance questions, rescheduled my visits when I have a conflict, and have started to remember me and my mom when we come in. There is a wait sometimes, but the process is set up efficiently from the checkin, through all the examinations, and treatment. Doctor Huang is a treasure. He reviews all the treatment options and available medicine reviews all the latest research and alternatives, discussess tradeoffs, insurance coverage, and all together does an amazing job treating my mom's arterial occlusion.

My father has Parkinson’s. He walks slowly, can barely speak, and has a language barrier. While I understand that situations like this may require extra time, healthcare professionals should approach patients with patience, compassion, and understanding. My mother was also scheduled at the same time and also has a language barrier. When they were both called in simultaneously, I offered to have another patient seen first to avoid any inconvenience, but this was declined. Despite this, there appeared to be frustration for assisting both of my parents at the same time. All I expected was basic kindness and patience during the brief 10-20 minutes they were being seen. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially those who are elderly, vulnerable, or facing communication challenges. Honestly, I feel that if I had not finally spoken up after remaining patient for some time, my parents may have been treated in a dismissive or inappropriate manner. That is deeply concerning. Amal, however, has been extremely kind and sweet, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you.
Would never recommend. Called in for an eye infection and received the rudest phone service ever. I was transferred to a tech to help diagnose my symptoms but sounded like I interrupted her at home. She was curt and irritated. I was transferred back to the front desk and told to buy an over the counter allergy medicine. How could they tell it was an allergy? Luckily I was able to book an appointment across the street at MyEyeDr and it turns out I had a bacterial eye infection which the other medicine suggested by this location would not have helped. This location was reckless with my eye care and could have made a bad situation worse. Have we become to comfortable with virtual care? My infection could have gotten very bad. Im glad I trusted my instincts and saw a true professional and did not take medical care advice from a receptionist.
This place was fantastic! From the Front Desk staff to the technicians and doctor, everyone was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I love my experience here!
If you respect your time and yourself. Don't waste your time. I had a 10:15 appointment. Got here 10am. Over 2.5 hours still haven't seen doctor. They have 1 doctor for this entire establishment. They need to tell people. I don't think anyone would schedule if they knew it would be this long. Better off driving to another location that is further out . At least based on their reviews it will be a quicker service. They worried more about getting your insurance information and copay than yours experience. Shut this place down or fire everyone and try again.
