Started seeing Dr Jin after moving to MD for my retina. He has a wonderful bedside manner, listens to every symptom, is thoughtful and collaborative about care steps. The staff is warm too! Always proficient, quick, warm, introductory. A sweet perk is Family Feud always playing in the waiting room and dark room; you will be entertained during your wait.

Dr Padidam has been excellent. I haven't felt rushed, she clearly is paying attention when I explain things, and all told has given me an excellent experience across multiple appointments. In four appointments the longest wait I've had was for my short-notice appointment, and I think I only waited 20 minutes. The rest have been shorter wait times
I am a new patient and I am sitting in the waiting room with over 20 others waiting to be seen by one of the two doctors. I was just told to expect to a two hour wait and that this is normal. This is unacceptable.
