So, I don’t typically leave reviews. But this particular business deserves one because they saved my bacon. I was on vacation a couple of weeks back, and I accidentally sat on my glasses and broke them. (left them on my car seat) I called them to see if they were open, since I wasn’t that far from the store.
I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m on vacation, the last thing I want to be dealing with are broken glasses. I walked in and introduced myself, and made mention to the gentleman at the store that I had called earlier. He quickly introduced himself and said he was the person I had spoken with over the phone. (His name was Carlos)
He was patient, attentive, and very professional. Which I very much appreciate because I didn’t want to be walking around with sunglasses the rest of the day. I wear Ray-Ban, and they had some, so my repair was a swap of the lenses, which Carlos took care of within a matter of minutes once I had picked out the frame I wanted. I had called two other places, and they told me they couldn’t help me because I had not purchased my frames from them.
But Carlos went above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to call or visit in person to experience exceptional customer service, just as I did. Thank you, Site 4 Sight, for taking care of my needs when I needed it most. I would give 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the max!
