What a fantastic experience I have with each visit. Dr Christine Jacks is a very knowledgeable Optometrist. She’s also very personable spending much time with me to answer all my questions. You can tell a well-run place when the front desk staff is so welcoming. They have everything ready for me before I get there. Truly a top notch office that treats that make you feel special, that’s why I’m a 20 year customer! 👀
I cannot say enough good things about The Vision Center. I moved to the area three years ago and I was previously going to a center in Monroe but they stopped taking my insurance and didn't notify me so at the last minute I was trying to find a new place. I called the Vision Center and they were able to get me in two days later! I saw Dr. Jordan who is WONDERFUL. The office staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and accommodating whenever I need help. This is my second year coming to this office and I will not go anywhere else unless I have to. Everyone is top notch. Customer service has really gone out the window in a lot of places, but definitely not here!!! Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing.
I came to the vision center with a prescription for new glasses. When I receive the glasses, there was definitely an issue. Kory took a lot of time investigating every aspect of the prescription and the glasses trying to get things right. Eventually, he determined another eye examination would probably be the best course of action. Just completed that eye exam earlier today and confirmed that the original prescription was a little off So now waiting for the new glasses to be made. I must say the vision center and Kory in particular were great through this process determined to get to the bottom of what the issue is. I highly recommend them
I scratched my eye and wanted to be seen by someone quickly. I called and they were fully booked but told me they’d be happy to help anyway. I went in and was so impressed by how kind everyone was! They all treated me like they had known me for years! Offered me coffee & water. They were patient and kind. The doctor came in and made me feel seen & heard. Quick exam & sent me on my way with a plan and antibiotics. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was. Best experience for someone that was very worried going in! Thank you so much, everyone there! And thank you to Cory for referring us!
I 1st was able to make an appointment for the next afternoon!! Wonderful!! I had the vision test performed by Dr. Pierce's assistant n she was Super friendly n polite!! All went Well!! I met Dr. Pierce for the rest IF the exam n diagnosis!! He seemed throuough n caring!! He was friendly n calming n complete!! It then came time to select frames n complete my order!! So much to choose from but, the lady was able to make suggestions n advise me well!! She Seemed to think of Everything!! Thank You n Kudos to You, Dr. Pierce n staff for your expert skills!! I'll be SEEING You!! Lol
