The Vision Center of West Phoenix

I had my first appt with Vision Center today, and I can tell you, they have an awesome crew. From the moment I walked in, to when i walked out, a great experience, everyone was smiling, happy, and made sure, I was comfortable. I will be using them again in the future, I have told my wife about them, and she will give them a visit in the near future. Dr. Juarez has a great team, he should be proud of his staff. They are a great bunch of folks focused on the patient & making the appointment efficient with great results. Thanks Vision Center

Great customer service from the start to finish. Each transition of service went smoothly. Miriam figured out my style quick and helped me find some beautiful frames. I had also brought my kids a week earlier and they were great and prepared for them.

Great experience from start to finish. It was my very first time getting an eye exam and I was bit nervous. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions. We ran into a little trouble verifying my insurance but eventually we figured it out. The entire staff is friendly. Bianca is amazing, explained my prescription thoroughly and she was able to get my frames the color I wanted.
