My experience with Dr. Nguyen was disappointing. She came across as impatient and unfriendly; I felt rushed. It became apparent that she was unhappy because my appointment had been scheduled as a contact lens follow-up rather than a regular office visit. However, I booked the appointment using the options available on the online scheduling page and selected what I believed was the most appropriate choice. As a patient, I don’t know the office’s scheduling requirements, so I feel it’s the responsibility of the office staff to identify and correct any appointment type issues.
