I had great a great customer experience! Alisha helped me in the beginning of my appointment. She was thorough , friendly, and explained everything she was doing and why❤️. Dr. Duncan is fabulous too!! Friendly and very thorough! I recommend this eye practice and the staff. They were terrific 👍🏽.

I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up before they open at 8 am and the door was open. It was cold and I did not have to seat in my car. The person at the desk was amazing. He helped me right away. They were kind and professional ,they explained everything. The Dr was good to. He explained everything and ask if i had questions. Was very pleased. I was able to get to work on time. I do recommend the. Was quick and easy
I’ve been visiting for a little over a year with my 3 & 4yo. Dr. Phoenix and her team are AMAZING. They make it an enjoyable experience for the kids. They spend as much time as we need answering our questions and making us all feel comfortable with our plan moving forward. Highly recommend!
Outstanding! The receptionist was welcoming, and the RN was quick, reassuring, and used humor to put me at ease. The best part was Dr. Duncan. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. Finally, they worked with their colleagues to find an appointment with another specialist in the group within days. The extra care and understanding were exemplary.
