Early morning visit with Dr. Wallace at the Sandy Springs office today. The Specialists(Martha, I believe) that administered multiple screenings and visual tests was very pleasant. It was obvious that she loves her job. Dr. Wallace is very thorough, she reviewed each test with me and answered our questions. The results were great!! I will see her again next year for another good report!!

I felt like a small child who was waiting to ride his first roller coaster and was next in line… But I must say Kristina, my surgery counselor was nothing short of amazing. She has such an amazing disposition for the role she is in, and she was able to bring a sense of care as that of a mother, as well as great knowledge and passion for the field of eye care. Kristina Kept that kid from looking for the chicken exit on a day of surgery. Thanks, Kristina.

Ridiculous! I scheduled the first time for a simple eyeglass exam. They called and told me that since I have some dry eye issues, I need to see the Dry Eye Specialist. The person on the phone made it seem like they could do both at the same appointment. So they made me change to the following week. FINE. This morning I got a call telling me that if I can't come earlier than the scheduled appointment, I WILL be penalized by having to RESCEDULE for another day. Not only that - it is two separate appointments for each issue. You want my money twice after giving bad info? Cancel. I'm sorry I can't deal with a disorganized group. Train your reps to be clear. I'll find a locally owned place. I put in for half day at work under thr idea of showing up at 2. Not 12:30.

We recently had an appointment with Dr. Christi Locke and it reminded me I need to write a review to compliment her and her team! I personally use reviews to help make decisions so I hope this helps someone. We have seen Dr. Locke for over 3 years for two of our kids. The first one was fitted for specialized contacts for Myopia management. We could not be more pleased with the results!!! Her worsening progression completely stopped and she has had the same perscription since wearing her specialized lenses. Dr. Locke was kind, informative and not only explained everything to me, but also to our then 10 year old to be sure she was comfortable and confident with her new contacts/prescription. Our second daughter had an astigmatism and was treated with the same consistent kindness and attention to detail. It was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Both kids had wonderful start to finish appointments and everyone that helped them was very professional but also very good with the kids helping them to laugh and also ease them when they were nervous or uncomfortable with something new. We could not recommend Dr. Locke more!!!

I don’t know how Dr Sackel and his staff do it! Sooo many patients - and they remain professional, efficient and caring. I always feel as if I am their most important patient. Thanks to their entire team! M.A. Sikes
