The best dentist and staff ever! I started going because a wisdom tooth hurt, they treated me so well that I moved my dentist daughters to go with them as well. Very friendly and attentive. It has never felt so good to go to the dentist. 100% recommended
I’ve been visiting this dentist for years. Very comprehensive. Friendly staff. The DDS himself has an excellent “bedside manner”. My entire family has been patients there and we like the staff. Highly recommended since they talk with you should you need any work other than just a cleaning.
If there was a no star I would have used it. How they ever have had a 5 star rating dumbfounds me. Horrible bookkeeping, over charged me by the hundreds and constantly lied. Do not go here if you are smart.
I have been coming to Silver Oaks Dentistry for the last few years. I regularly forget to make follow up appointments and they have the best customer service in the business! They are always attentive and the TV while I'm getting my teeth cleaned is a great plus! Dr. D is great and I even send my potential dental students his way for shadowing experiences and they have a blast. All around great place to come for your dental needs! If you're deciding between this place and another hopefully you come across this review and you make the decision to come here!
The staff is amazing! I conveniently took the whole family in all at once and didn’t contemplate the chaos we could potentially cause. But Christy managed it perfectly! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My 2 yr old granddaughter was a little afraid at first, but within minutes Dr. Dehelean had her laughing and the exam was a breeze. What a bonus to get to the counter after the visits were done and Christy had everything taken care of for their next visits. I usually have to handle everything including the billing everywhere else I go. Nice to have an office manager actually manage the office.
